H V Wooding celebrate successes of 2021

With the end of the year approaching, we look back at 2021 and celebrate the positive stories at HV Wooding Limited this year.

💰 We invested in new equipment – including an additional TRUMPF Laser, BRUDERER press, Bystronic Group Press brake, Trimos height gauge and InspecVision Ltd planer. Plus a new bit of kit being installed today and unveiled in Jan!

🍾 Our order book grew and we welcomed a large number of new customers – all with exciting projects on the cards for 2022!

🧠 We joined forces with the Nuclear AMRC and The University of Sheffield to develop busbar power coating technologies as part of the Faraday project.

🎖 We received JOSCAR accreditation and were reaccredited to the ISO9001:2015 and 14001:2015 management systems.

🌱 Work has grown substantially in the Energy sector – covering EV, power conversion and grid connection.

✈️ We visited various exhibitions & trade shows including The Battery Show Europe in Stuttgart and London EV Show – all of which were excellent.

🏆 We won ‘Precision Component manufacturer of the year at the British Made Awards.

📆 We look forward to 2022 – with many exciting investments, projects and announcements to be made!

PAST EVENT: Future Propulsion Conference 28/29th Feb 2024

The Future Propulsion Conference (FPC2024) is a two day UK event on 28/29 Feb 2024, created to bring together industry and academic experts within the propulsion development field. It will open up presentations and discussions on the solutions to the challenges faced by the engineering industry in the UK and internationally over the next ten years.
