Sales Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join our busy sales team, ideally the candidate should have proven experience in the following areas:

  • Sales Administration
  • Enquiry Management including follow ups
  • Marketing
  • Co-ordinating Sales Department Activity

Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for the general co-ordination of the sales team using effective team leading skills to move the team forward and to enhance performance. You will take a hands on pro-active role in developing the Marketing approach for the company, this is aimed at new business generation and is an important part of the role.

You will need to be numerate and have good attention to detail with a methodical approach to your work together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience working in a manufacturing business with some technical knowledge would be of benefit but not essential as full process/product training will be provided. A good knowledge of ‘MS Office’ is essential for the role.

Press Toolmaker

We are looking to recruit a toolmaker for our busy Tool Room to repair and modify tooling and to assist in the continuous improvement of tooling by means of experience and knowledge

The ideal candidate should be able to work under their own initiative and have the ability to solve day to day tooling issues

Knowledge of working in a similar environment is essential for this role as is being a good team player

The main duties will be:

  • Carry out tool repairs to multistage progression tools and second operation tools and fixtures
  • Modify tooling to improve production
  • To assist in the continuous improvement ideas for making tooling more reliable
  • To assist in the training of apprentices and trainees as required

You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and must be apprentice trained
