Investment in additional CNC Machining Capacity

In order to support current business and future demands we are pleased to announce investment in a new Mazak VTC 200C Mark2 machine. The machine is the second of its type to be purchased by H V Wooding and will provide both flexibility and additional capacity.

The Mazak CNC Machining Centre has a automatic tooling station (30 tools) and operates at a spindle speed of 12000 rpm allowing for a range of materials and profile to be machined. The unique pendulum future allows the machine to be producing parts while being set at the same time, therefore maximising throughput and flexibility.
Furthermore the machine can be used as a single pallet machine for extremely long parts or as a twin pallet machine for volume production
